• Submissions of the transacted receipts or invoices referred to in paragraph (iii) above shall be made within 7 days of the date of the transacted receipt or invoice.

About the Promotion & Eligibility
• The Sentosa Wedding Campaign Promotion runs from 1 July 2021 till 31 August 2021 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Sentosa Development Corporation (“SDC”) in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice in whatever mode of communication as SDC deems fit (“Promotion Period”).
• Couples who purchase a Sentosa wedding package via MasterCard stand to win a pair of tickets to Royal Albatross’ Citylights Cruise (6 Course Meal) worth $535 (“Prize”), subject to the eligibility criteria below.
• To be eligible for the Prize, the following criteria must be met during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”):
(i) Only couples who enquire via <weddings@sentosa.com.sg> are eligible to participate in this promotion;
(ii) There must be a minimum spend of S$3,888 in a single receipt on wedding packages at any of the participating merchants listed below and payment must be made via a MasterCard credit or debit card;
(iii) Only the first 70 submissions of transacted receipts or invoices dated between 1 July 2021 to 31 August 2021 (both dates inclusive) to <weddings@sentosa.com.sg> shall qualify for the Prize, subject to verification by SDC and availability of the Prize; and

• If the purchase of a wedding package is made in more than one transaction, only the first transaction with a minimum spend of S$3,888 in a single receipt shall be recognised and accepted to qualify as a Qualifying Transaction. Combined receipts shall not be allowed to count towards the minimum spend requirement.
• Redemption is strictly limited to one Prize per wedding package purchased. Each couple whose purchase qualifies as a Qualifying Transaction is eligible to redeem the Prize only ONCE, on a first-come-first-served basis, up to the first 70 couples.
• Only wedding packages purchased with the following participating merchants shall qualify for this promotion: Tanjong Beach Club, FOC Sentosa, OLA, Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, Capella Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa, Shangri-la’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa, W Hotel, The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, iFly Singapore, Panamericana, Royal Albatross, ONE°15 Marina Club (each, a “Participating Merchant”).
• Any deposit made to the Participating Merchant is strictly non-refundable.
• Winning couples will be notified via e-mail within 2 months from the date on which the Promotion Period ends (i.e. between 31 August 2021 to 31 October 2021) and the Prize will be sent to an address provided by the winning couple.
• Winning couples must redeem their Prize within the prize redemption period indicated on the tickets by Royal Albatross (the “Prize Merchant”) (“Validity Period”). The Validity Period is non-extendable. SDC will be under no obligation to replace or pay to the winning couple the value of the Prize that is not utilised by the winning couple before the end of the Validity Period. If a winning couple fails to redeem the Prize within the Validity Period, the Prize will be forfeited and the winning couple shall not have any claim against SDC for such forfeiture. SDC reserves the right to deal with the unclaimed Prize in its sole discretion.
• Redemption for the Prize is subject to the Prize Merchant’s terms and conditions.
General
• By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions contained herein and any other instructions, terms and conditions that SDC may issue from time to time.
• The Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• Any vouchers in respect of the Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or discounts.
• SDC reserves the right to replace the Prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
• SDC reserves the right of final decision in any case of disputes.
• SDC reserves the right to seek clawback on the full value of the Prize in the event of any cancellation by the winning couple upon issuance of the Prize.
• SDC may at its discretion forfeit the Prize, or, if already awarded, reclaim the Prize at the expense of the participant without payment, compensation, or having to give any reason whatsoever in the event SDC subsequently discovers that the participant is not eligible to participate in the promotion and/or to receive the Prize.
• The Prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-assignable, non-saleable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items other than the stipulated item.
• All decisions made by SDC relating to this promotion shall be final and binding on all participants, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person or cancellation or suspension of this promotion or the Prize, without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
• SDC reserves the right to disqualify or disregard any participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
• SDC is not responsible for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or e-mail communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission, in relation to any platforms or systems, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, all participants agree and undertake to, at all times, indemnify, keep indemnified, and hold SDC, its employees and agents harmless against all losses (including direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential losses), damages (including general, special, and/or punitive damages), demands, injuries (other than personal injury caused by SDC’s negligence), claims, costs, penalties, interests and fees (including all legal fees as between solicitor and client or otherwise on a full indemnity basis whether or not incurred in respect of any real, anticipated, or threatened legal proceedings), howsoever caused by, arising or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, their participation in this promotion, acceptance or usage of the Prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of these terms and conditions contained herein and/or any applicable law.
• SDC makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness of purpose of the Participating Merchants’ goods and services in relation to the wedding packages nor of the Prize Merchant’s goods and services in respect of the Prize. We will not be responsible or held liable for any loss of, damage to or defects in the Prize, or for any loss, injury or harm to any person in connection with redeeming or using the Prize.
• SDC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly howsoever in connection with or as a result of the redemption process.
• SDC shall have the right to suspend or end this promotion or change any terms and conditions contained herein at any time without notice. This includes changing the rules relating to what qualifies for this promotion and the dates of this promotion.
• If there is any difference between these terms and conditions contained herein and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional material relating to this promotion, these terms and conditions contained herein will prevail.
• SDC has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any participant from participating in the promotion without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason.
