Islander Membership Tiers
What are the membership tiers?
The membership programme has three (3) different tiers.

a. 0 to 399 points - You're an Islander Explorer 
b. 400 to 4,999 points - You're an Islander Insider 
c. 5,000 points and more - You're an Islander Priority. 

While the Islander Explorer membership tier does not have an expiry, your Islander Insider and Islander Priority membership tier is only valid for 1 year. You will need to accumulate the required number of points to maintain the Islander Insider and Islander Priority membership tiers.
How do I renew my membership tier?
Your membership tier renewal will be done automatically at the end of a one-year period based on the points that you've accumulated. An email will be sent to notify you of the renewal. 

a. Islander Explorer - lifelong membership with no expiry and no minimum points to maintain
b. Islander Insider - valid for a year from the date of upgrade, requires a minimum of 400 points (equivalent to S$400 spend) to renew
c. Islander Priority - valid for a year from the date of upgrade, requires a minimum of 5,000 points (equivalent to S$5,000 spend) to renew
If I get downgraded to Islander Explorer tier, will I lose my existing points?
No, if the points have not expired and you have not used them, you will not lose your balance points. However, the balance points will not be counted towards the new tier. For example, if you have been downgraded to Islander Explorer tier and have 30 points in balance, this 30 points will not be counted towards the new 400 points needed for the next tier, Islander Insider.
I am currently an Insider member, with a membership validity from 20 April 2024 to 19 April 2025. If I spend $5,000 before the expiry of my membership, will I become a Priority member in the next year?
Any upgrade / downgrade of membership tier will be made automatically at the end of a one-year period. As a member will only be able to earn a maximum of 600 Islander points per day per receipt, spending $5,000 in a single receipt will permit you to only earn 600 points. To become a Priority member for, you will be required to earn a total of 5,000 points before you can be upgraded to the next tier.

Is there still the option of the Family Islander Membership?
W.E.F from 31 March 2020, we have ceased the sales of Family Islander Membership. You may sign up for the Complimentary Islander Membership here.
I have a child under the age of 12 years. Do I need to sign up Islander membership?
Children under 12 years old are entitled to free entry to Sentosa with their child or student Ez-link card. However, you may consider signing your children up for Islander Membership at no charge. Do note that each membership requires a unique mobile number and email address.
Who can sign up for the Islander Membership?

All local and foreign guests with a valid email and local mobile number can apply for the Islander membership.

Am I able to register for the Islander Membership over the counter?
All sign-ups are only available online here.
Is the Islander membership transferrable?
No, Islander membership is non-transferrable.
Will I be getting a physical membership card? Can I continue to use my existing physical membership card to enjoy the privileges?
As we have migrated to a new system for a better digital experience, all usage of the physical cards have ceased. Please log in to Sentosa Islander Members' Portal to access your digital card.
How do I reset my existing password?
Please proceed to Sentosa Islander Members' Portal with your registered email to reset your password. An OTP will be sent to the email address to complete the process.
I am unable to login to my account, what should I do?

I am unable to access the email account to reset my password / I would like to change the email address for my account, how do I proceed?

Please contact us through the website contact form for assistance. We aim to get back to you within 5 – 7 working days on this.

How do I update my particulars?

Members can update their particulars via our Members’ portal. Visit Sentosa Islander Members' Portal with your registered email address. Do note that only the following particulars may be updated:

a. First Name and Last Name

b. Mobile Number

c. Vehicle Plate Number

d. Vehicle IU Number

e. Photo

How do I enjoy the priority access to the beaches?

Simply proceed down to the beach entry kiosks with your registered email to access your account to redeem the wristbands. Do note that each member is entitled to bring up to 4 accompanying guests and wristbands are limited to members and accompanying guests per session.

How do I claim the complimentary 2-Hours parking at Beach Station?

Please proceed to the Beach Station membership counter with your registered email address and evoucher to redeem for the complimentary parking coupon. Do note that each member is limited to ONE (1) redemption per day and is limited to the first 500 members.

What is the Islander membership birthday treats?

Members are entitled to redeem a $20 cash voucher on their birthday month. The cash voucher may only be used to offset purchase of attractions tickets and the Sentosa Fun Pass at any Sentosa Ticketing Counters.

How do I enjoy the complimentary island admission via the Sentosa Express if I do not have a physical card to tap in?
W.E.F 1 March 2021, we have ceased the issuance of Islander Card. You may proceed to the entrance of the Sentosa Express at VivoCity Station and flash your digital card to the duty staff till 13 April 2021.
When will I be able to scan the QR code printed on my digital card at the entrance of Sentosa Express & Gantry?
W.E.F 14 April 2021, you may proceed to scan the QR code at both Sentosa Express and Sentosa Gantry Lane 1/2/3.
I want to come down to Sentosa soon, but I have just submitted my application online. Will I still be able to enjoy the Islander benefits?

Yes, the Islander Membership is active immediately upon completion of your profile via the membership portal at Sentosa Islander Members' Portal. You will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Islander membership by showing your digital card.

I am an Islander member, but my vehicle is not registered. How do I register my vehicle and how long does it take?
Members can now register their vehicle via the membership portal at Sentosa Islander Members' Portal. Registration is subjected to approval by Sentosa Development Corporation. If approved, the vehicle will be successfully registered after 24 hours.
How do I know if my vehicle registration has been approved/registered?
You may drive in with your registered vehicle to Sentosa Gantry after 24 hours upon submission of the correct vehicle details via Sentosa Islander Members' Portal
Can I register more than one vehicle under my Islander Membership?
Only one private car registration is allowed IU registration per Islander membership.
