Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett, Resorts World Sentosa, Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa & Sentosa Development Corporation honoured at this year’s virtual ceremony.

Sentosa is proud to share that our kawaii-campaign #VirtualSentosa received the “Outstanding Marketing Idea” award at the #SingaporeTourismAwards held by Singapore Tourism Board.

We are also happy to share the award with our partner, Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett for their No Scream Challenge.

Our heartiest congratulations to our partners, Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa for bagging the Outstanding Hotel Experience award, and Resorts World Sentosa for winning the Customer Service Excellence for Retail, as well as the Special Award for Sustainability for Community Care (Business) and (Individual).

Special recognition too to the finalists from Amara Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, as well as Capella Hotels and Resorts.

Also kudos to Ms Nur Iyliani Binte Razali, Service Ambassador & Transport Supervisor, one of the finalists for “Customer Service Excellence for Attractions”.

It was truly a testament to the passion and resilience of all on Sentosa, as we continue to deliver engaging and memorable experiences to our guests as One-Sentosa.

The safety and wellbeing of everyone on Sentosa are of utmost importance to us. As part of efforts to continuously validate our operational protocols and ensure that Sentosa stands ready for emergencies, Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) will be conducting a security screening exercise at the Sentosa Express VivoCity Station between 8pm and 10pm on 27 July 2021. Guests intending to enter Sentosa during this period are advised to follow the guidance of on-ground staff and factor in additional time for security screening.
