Baristart Coffee’s Cream Puff ($6)

Most of the desserts at this Japanese cafe feature specially imported Hokkaido milk from Brown Jersey Cows. It’s decadent, luxurious and makes for richer, creamier and more delicious desserts.

The Cream Puff may look unassuming at first, but the light and crispy dough topped with sugary bits hides within a massive quantity of Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk custard cream, that explodes on the first bite.

*Sentosa Exclusive* Baristart Coffee’s Fruit Sando ($9)

More milky goodness can be had via their island-exclusive, Japanese fruit sandwich, also known as Fruit Sando.

Here, Hokkaido dairy whipped cream envelopes juicy chunks of fruit (strawberries or strawberries and kiwi) and are sandwiched between soft and light slices of pillowy white bread. SO good!

Crunchy Brioche French Toast at Tanjong Beach Club ($24)

The most decadent treat on Tanjong Beach Club’s does not feature on their dessert menu. One of the highlights on their all-day brunch menu is the Crunchy Brioche French Toast topped with toasted pecans, juicy berries and a dollop of vanilla bean yoghurt sweetened with pure maple syrup.

We love the thick slices of eggy brioche, perfectly pan-fried with a delicious crunch, it’s the perfect base for the tropical, fruity toppings.

Sole Pomodoro’s Tortino Al Cioccolato Con Gelato Artigianale ($16.50)

Sole Pomodoro’s Tortino Al Cioccolato Con Gelato Artigianale is the perfect feel-good chocolate dessert where the oozy, lava cake is made with Valrhona 72 couverture chocolate and has added almond crumble for texture, along-side home-made vanilla ice cream. Divine!

Royal Taj’s Gulab Jamun ($10)

Some may find the traditional Indian dessert, gulab jamun, a tad too sweet, but no one will complain that it shies away from decadence. Delicious round morsels of milk solids are flavoured with cardamom and then deep-fried before being dunked in hot, flavoured sugar syrup. Try these bite-sized sweet at Royal Taj,
