The set includes the delectable blueberry thyme and buttermilk scones — a signature of Chef de Partie Yaya's, which can be topped with Devonshire clotted cream and organic house-made jams. Other delights include the Foie Gras Terrine and Cured Norwegian Salmon sandwich. These can be paired with their curated selection of black, herbal and fruit teas for a leisurely afternoon of sips and nibbles.
For something a little more special, you could also plan a bespoke tailor-made afternoon tea experience at Capella’s Chef’s Table —menus are personalised and then prepared live to allow guests to have a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience.
