WHERE TO PICNIC BY THE BEACH IN SENTOSA 

Known for the iconic suspension bridge, Palawan Beach is the go-to beach for a family picnic.

The waters are a lot calmer at this beach so it’s perfect for the little ones to splash around and have fun. Walk on the suspension bridge or swim a short distance to get to the little island located across Palawan’s shores, the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia. With two tall viewing towers, enjoy the uninterrupted view of the South China Sea.  

The beach is scattered with brightly coloured picnic tables and beach chairs where you can lounge on and have your picnic at. 

But the best spot to lay your picnic mat down is definitely nestled among the palm trees. Palm trees line the seashore that will provide a little shade from the sun, but also allow you to feel the sunshine.

Feeling the food coma from all the picnic food and drinks kick in? Laze the day away and lie down on Sentosa’s Hammock Swing. This swing can hold up to 18 people and offers a panoramic view of the South China Sea. Enjoy the light seabreeze and fight off the food coma, or doze off into a nap… And don’t worry, you won’t wake up burnt! The Hammock Swing is sheltered from the top.
