At Bedrock Origin, the cuisine reflects the elements of the idyllic coastal location, where the land and the sea come together.

In keeping with Bedrock tradition, the finest chops and steaks are dry-aged in-house and cooked on the bone with classic cooking techniques to introduce a greater depth of flavour. These classics are served alongside new seafood selections on the grill and in the raw bar, specially prepared by our chefs for a sumptuous taste of the oceans.

The ingredients used are always natural - from the earth, of the earth, and by the earth. These high-quality meats and produce form the bedrock of good food and honour the natural, rustic flavours of Earth and the natural world.

The Bedrock philosophy extends to the selection of drinks. We have fallen in love with fine wines and traditional whiskies from around the world and have put together a selection of rare and special spirits made by small family distillers in remote places like the Scottish isles and rural Japan. Have your steak paired with the right wine, or one of our classic whisky-based cocktails to start and finish a meal with.

Embracing a lighter, brighter, fresher take on all the things we know, the new address is a perfect getaway from the intensity of the big city. It is more relaxed but no less elegant.
