THE THRILL-SEEKING TWOSOME

For those who seek some calm, a bit of inner peace and a solo sojourn to reconnect with themselves. You have come to the right place.

Sentosa is where you can bathe in nature’s serenity if you hike the Mount Imbiah Nature Trail (a protected area of 2.3km of heritage trees, lush surrounds and endangered species). Sun salutations are a great way to start the day (even better when they’re by the water), so book yourself in for Yoga by the beach.

Solo explorations of the Sentosa Nature Discovery’s Geology Gallery can reveal a lot about the island's formation and its rocks, coastal forests, history and fossils.

You can also go on a self-learning journey at Fort Siloso, Singapore’s only preserved coastal fort, an immersive deep-dive into pre-WWII and WWII-era memorabilia, military structures and tunnels.

For some supercharged R&R after a day of sightseeing, treat yourself to a Capella’s, Auriga Spa or W Singapore’s Away Spa. Top-notch treatments, relaxing plunge pools, jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.

In your explorations, bring along your bicycle. The most convenient, cost-effective and sustainable way to explore the island. 12kms of dedicated cycling routes and lots of scenic spots for quiet reflection along the way.
